By the by, I totally saw an article that said pinot grigio is getting way played out and so instead you should serve a more trendy white…but I can’t remember what they recommended. (Something Spanish?)
And then my friend told me she used to have a boyfriend who always kept a bottle of it in his fridge for her and called it “pinot g.”
