Something in Common with the Guy with the Tats!

It was too long ago to actually consider it home anymore, but I totally spent (some of) my formative years in Santa Rosa, Calif. and was super-surprised to see Guy Fieri calls it home, too:

Santa Rosa Chef Guy Fieri Revels in TV Success.

Who knew the Diners, Drive-ins and Dives guy was from wine country??

By the by, I totally saw an article that said pinot grigio is getting way played out and so instead you should serve a more trendy white…but I can’t remember what they recommended. (Something Spanish?)

And then my friend told me she used to have a boyfriend who always kept a bottle of it in his fridge for her and called it “pinot g.”
